Find Out Who Owns This Mobile Number
To find out who owns this mobile number, all one has to do, is to perform a reverse phone search. By performing such a search you may have the answer at your disposal in a very short period of time. This type of search is a cheap way of going about checking the cellular number by which someone had called you at your workplace, home or cell phone.
If you are worried your spouse is cheating on you, or you skipped a significant call or if you lost your phone memory and are just left with numbers to renew your acquaintances, you could use a reverse phone scan to find out who owns this mobile number as well as a possible address for the owner.
If you are searching for a number on the telephone directories they do a great job for the land line numbers. Most of these come free of cost and have a very efficient system which give you results of your desired information within seconds. But they fail miserably if the number is a cellular phone number. They are no good if you are looking for the owner of a mobile number that left a number on your call display but no name to go along with it.
If you are looking for an unlisted number then you would have to purchase a membership of a reputed and trustworthy telephone services. By coughing up enough money you will find all the information which you would not have even dreamt of. You will get state of art data which is always up to date and has no bugs or errors. Still, if you are looking for the owner of a mobile number you are left holding the bag, or phone so to speak.
If you require such services as a reverse phone search to find the owner of a mobile number you would have to register first, and pay a small fee. It is a simple procedure and once complete you could check the number you want to without any hassles. After this whenever you need to look up a number you could just login and check any amount of numbers you like.
The finding procedure is simple. Just enter the area code followed by the 7 digit landline number or just enter the mobile number. The system will check the number in its huge database and the result would be out in out seconds.
While the free landline services hold hardly any numbers the paid service has high quality database servers with data from all over the country. Efficient searching algorithms combined with great processor speed coupled with 24 7 customer support teams allow you unlimited freedom.
After searching you will acquire the name of the cell owner alongside his address. So whenever you want to search for a phone number you know where to go.
Brain Vitamins – Improve Memory & Concentration
Multivitamins when taken in a modest dose are good for the brain. They contain macronutrients like vitamins and minerals. As a person grows older, there is usually a decrease in activity and as a result the digestive system becomes less efficient. This in turn leads to a change in diet that is usually less nutritious and can lead to impaired cognitive function.
There are also many people who have dietary restrictions due to religious, medical, or personal beliefs and do not get the proper nutrition from the food they eat. When maintaining a balanced diet becomes hard to do for any reason, multivitamins can play an important role to supplement it.
Antioxidants help clean up the brain and contain cell protecting properties. They also may play a part in preventing disease, while at the same time, promoting the growth of healthy brain cells. Foods high in antioxidants can dramatically reverse memory loss, restore motor coordination and balance and include raisins, apples, grapes, cherries, prunes, spinach, blueberries, garlic cooked kale, cranberries, strawberries and raspberries. Acai berries contain more antioxidants than any other berries. In addition to antioxidants, they contain omega fatty acids and are very high in protein.
Omega-3 fatty acids help improve general brain functioning and restore memory. They also may create new communication centers in neurons which help with general functioning and mood. Omega-3′s can be found in flax oils, walnuts, and fish such as salmon, mackerel, sardines, and herring.
Essential fatty acids promote normal growth and development. They also contain anti-inflammatory properties that contribute to stroke prevention, and help to improve blood circulation, lift mood, and prevent depression.
B vitamins are also important for proper brain health. Vitamin B6, which are found in bananas, beef, broccoli, organ meats, pork, spinach, and veal are needed to balance brain chemistry. It does this by helping in the creation of all amino acid neurotransmitters, including serotonin, melatonin, and dopamine.
Vitamin B12 contributes to DNA synthesis and the conduction of red blood cells and nerve cells. Deficiency over time may cause depression and impaired mental function. It can be found in breakfast cereals, legumes and legume products, shell fish, and poultry.
Complex carbohydrates are also good because they are needed for the body to survive. Good sources of complex carbohydrates are peanuts, dried apricots, yogurt, oat bran, and sourdough bread. Increasing vinegar and lemon juice consumption with carbohydrates help to suppress a sharp rise in blood sugar.
Selenium is a mineral found in grains, garlic, meat, Brazil nuts, and seafood such as oysters, swordfish, and tuna. Studies have shown that participants that have taken selenium supplements felt clearheaded, elated, confident, and energetic.
Vitamin E helps with blood circulation. The better the blood circulation is to the brain, the better the brain will function. Foods rich in vitamin E are vegetable oils, nuts, and green leafy vegetables.
Ginkgo Biloba is believed to ward off age-related memory loss. It also destroys free radicals and increases the circulation of blood and oxygen to the brain.
Millionaire Memory
Ever had that feeling that you need to remember something that is at the tip of your tongue but cannot exactly recall what it is? Our memory plays a very important part of our life, because it helps us remember important details and experiences. Sometimes, a person with a good memory can go far in his professional field as he is able to take note of key details which could have escaped the attention of others. Sometimes, one important minute detail can spell the difference in a man’s life.
Thus, this is the reason why throughout the years, pharmaceutical companies have attempted to come out with different sorts of medications aimed at enhancing one’s memory.
Everyone naturally wants to have a sharp memory, and apparently, millionaire memory, a product which claims to effectively boost one’s memory, may prove to be the key.
This product was conceptualized by Dave Farrow who presently holds the world record for recalling the names of people. For his part, Mr. Farrow has devised a method in order to help everyone in enhancing his memory. In trying to remember something, a certain reference point must be made. Millionaire Memory helps get this job done. It is comprised of four CDs which teaches of two memory techniques and some advice on how to remember things. If you want to know how to do it, you have to purchase the whole package.
The Memory Enhancer
While people may have second thoughts about purchasing this product, Mr. Farrow entices interested buyers with the advantages of having an enhanced memory. Students could do well in school, people could avoid misplacing their valuables and documents, or they could even be the center of attention in any gathering in demonstrating his exceptional ability to remember lyrics, songs, quotes, or even simply recall the names of the people who are at the party.
Millionaire memory then comes as a piece of good fortune for those people suffering some serious memory loss or those with simply poor memories. No less than Mr. Farrow himself had guaranteed that after watching millionaire memory and learning of the techniques taught therein, people would feel 100% more confident and would be more focused in their lives helping them to retain their memories more easily. Thus, this serves as the key for having a good memory. And a good memory can lead a person to greater heights and expand his horizons.
How to Build a Ramp Using BMX Ramp Plans
Materials Needed:
3/8″ X 4′ X 8′ sheets of plywood
8′ 2×4′s
electric, handheld or bench saws
handsaw
hammer & nails
electric sander/sandpaper
drafting compass
string & chalk
garden hose
sawhorses
nail punch
ink pen
wood screws
3/8″ PVC pipe
pushpin
1) Decide on the type of ramp(s) you want to build, sketch out the design and dimensions on paper.
2) Acquire the materials required, and as much wood as you can get your hands on
3) Find a work space to use (garage, backyard, etc.) and lay out your supplies. If you’re planning to build a fairly large structure (permanent) try to build it on site.
4) For ramps with curved transitions, you will need to use the string-and-compass method*.
5) Once you’ve drawn and cut your templates, next comes the bracing.
6) Once you’ve done the framework, you’ll most likely need to prep the top piece(s) of the plywood (which must bend to fit the transition without breaking). Do this by propping up the sheet(s)–already cut to size–at a sloping angle and soak with a hose at low pressure for an hour or so.
As the wood becomes soaked, apply an increasing amount of weight to the center of the board(s)–using bricks or something similar–until the wood attains the desired curve.
Now nail the wood onto the framework’s 2×4′s If your ramp is to have coping, make sure to leave enough space for it to fit snugly. Always go WITH the grain of the wood while bending and apply the ply!
For a smoother transition, sand the bottom edge of the top sheet at an angle flush with the ground. Check for jagged splinters. Sand or paint if desired. Paint will make your ramp faster! Duct tape, airplane or electrical tape or aluminum strips may be added to smooth the transition’s bottom edge.
* String and Compass Method
Figure how much transition curve you want (in feet & inches) and how much ‘vert, if any. Tie one end of the string around the pushpin and stick it in the sheet as shown. Holding the string taught, measure out exactly the amount of transition and mark this on the string with an ink pen. Tie the drafting compass to the other end of the string and tighten it so the slipknot is right on top of the mark you made. Holding the string taut, swing the compass from the sheet’s edge in a quarter-circle, marking the template with the chalk. You may need to move the contraption around to get the desired curve and best use of space! Place sheet on sawhorses and cut out templates carefully.
NEW ADDITION ON DECREASING TRANSITIONS:
If you want to make a ramp with a decreasing transition, you need to modify the above steps and instead of using a pushpin, use a round object that is 6 inches to 3 feet in diameter, such as a paint can or a round garbage can. Attach the string to the round object and somehow secure it to the wood in place of the pushpin.
As the string winds around the round object, it will get shorter and your transition will become tighter. This is called a decreasing radius transition and it is very cool when making launch ramps and quarter pipes.
Alcohol and Memory Loss
Alcohol abuse is a serious condition for many reasons. One reason is that alcohol abuse can lead to several types of memory loss. Alcohol has significant impact on the brain’s ability to make and retain memories. It creates a barrier for memory formation and memory recall, inhibits our brain function, and negatively impacts our ability to think clearly.
There are different levels of memory loss related to alcohol abuse. The first level is fragmentary memory loss or “brownout.” This occurs when a person drinks excessively and does not remember the events of that time period until someone else provides some clues or prompts: “Do you remember what you did last night?” This can be a scary question as the fuzzy images of the night before begin to reemerge in your memory.
Blackouts are the next level of memory loss. When a blackout occurs due to heavy alcohol consumption, the person will not be able to recall any of the events, even if prompted with cues. This is because the brain was not able to complete the process for making a memory. The person loses a gap of time and will not get it back.
A serious consequence of excessive drinking can be the development of alcohol dementia, which is also known as Wernicke-Korsakoff Syndrome. This is a combination of two disorders. Wernicke’s Disorder involves nerve damage in both the central and peripheral nervous system that is brought on by poor nutrition, especially low thiamin levels. Drinking alcohol can cause lower thiamin levels. Korsakoff’s Syndrome impairs memory, problem-solving skills and learning abilities. One identifying symptom of Korsakoff’s Syndrome is that the person will make up highly detailed stories about experiences they haven’t had. This disorder is most commonly linked to alcoholism.
Memory loss due to alcohol abuse is a serious issue. If left untreated, alcoholism can lead to brain damage that has lasting effects on memory. Memory loss is a warning sign that excessive drinking is occurring.
How Caffeine Can Affect Your Health
In a regular cup of coffee there are about 170 mg of caffeine and in decaffeinated coffee there are about 30/40 mg of caffeine.
On the stock market, Coffee is a 90 billion dollar industry but what is significant is that just in North America 85%+ drink 3 to 5 cups of coffee per day. A huge number of people are at risk for many of the issues surrounding coffee consumption.
Top Ten Reasons why you should consider switching to a “Healthy Coffee”
Top 10 Caffeine-Related Health Problems
Cardiovascular Problems
Caffeine increases your heart rate, elevates your blood pressure, and can contribute to the development of heart disease. Both decaf and regular coffee increase your cholesterol and homocysteine, the biochemical that science has linked to increased risk for heart attack. Caffeine is also linked to coronary vasospasms, the cause for 20% of all fatal heart attacks which kill otherwise perfectly healthy people.
Stress
Caffeine stimulates the excretion of stress hormones which can produce increased levels of anxiety, irritability, muscular tension and pain, indigestion, insomnia, and decreased immunity. Increased levels of stress from caffeine can keep you from being able to make healthy responses to the normal daily stress everyone is subjected to in their lives.
Emotional Disturbances
Anxiety and irritability are hallmark mood disturbances associated with caffeine consumption, but equally important is depression and attention disorders. Depression may occur as part of the let down after the stimulant effects of caffeine wears off. It may also appear during the recovery period after quitting caffeine while the brain’s chemistry is readjusted. Caffeine rather than increasing mental activity actually decreases blood flow to the brain by as much as 30% and negatively effects memory and mental performance.
Blood Sugar Swings
Diabetics and hypoglycemics should avoid caffeine because it stimulates a temporary surge in blood sugar which is then followed by an overproduction of insulin that causes a blood sugar crash within hours. If you’re trying to loose weight, this rollercoaster will actually cause weight gain since insulin’s message to the body is to store excess sugar as fat.
Gastrointestinal Problems
Many people experience a burning sensation in their stomach after drinking coffee because coffee increases the secretion of hydrochloric acid leading to an increased risk for ulcers. Coffee, including decaf, reduces the pressure on the valve between the esophagus and the stomach so that the highly acidic contents of the stomach pass up to the esophagus leading to heartburn and gastro-esophageal reflux disease. With America ‘s high consumption of coffee, its no wonder the best selling over-the-counter drugs are the so-called antacids.
Nutritional Deficiencies
Caffeine inhibits the absorption of some nutrients and causes the urinary excretion of calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron and trace minerals, all essential elements necessary for good health.
Male Health Problems
Male Health Issues
Coffee is an irritant to the urinary tract and bladder. It is also a diuretic that aggravates conditions associated with frequent urination. Eliminating coffee and caffeine often relieves symptoms associated with frequent urination due to enlarged prostate glands.
Dr. Milton Krisiloff, M.D. has found that in the majority of cases, men can significantly reduce their risk for urinary and prostate problems by making dietary changes which include eliminating coffee and caffeine.
Female Health Problems
Fibrocystic breast disease, PMS, osteoporosis, infertility problems, miscarriage, low birth weight infants, and menopausal problems such as hot flashes are all exacerbated by caffeine consumption. Women on birth control pills are particularly at risk since they have a decreased ability to detoxify caffeine.
Adrenal Exhaustion
Caffeine consumption leads to eventual adrenal exhaustion which can leave you vulnerable to a variety of health disorders related to inflammation, autoimmunity, and fatigue.
Aging
Many people find in their forties that they can no longer tolerate the same level of caffeine consumption as they could in their twenties and thirties. The production of DHEA, melatonin, and other vital hormones start to decline and caffeine speeds up that downhill drop. Caffeine dehydrates the body and contributes to the aging of the skin and kidneys. It has been shown to inhibit DNA repair and slow the ability of the liver to detoxify foreign toxins.
Exhausted Adrenal Glands
Caffeine is a central nervous system stimulant. It causes the adrenal glands to secrete adrenaline, the hormone your body depends on in emergencies to elevate your heart rate, increase your respiration and blood pressure for a rapid flight-or-fight response. When you overuse stimulants, the adrenals become exhausted. If your caffeine sensitivity has diminished or you’re one of those who claims you can drink 3 shots of espresso and go right to sleep, guess what? Your adrenals have given up responding. This means you have less resistance to stress, which leaves you vulnerable to health hazards such as environmental pollutants and disease pathogens
Severe Blood Sugar Swings
Caffeine forces the liver to release glycogen into the blood stream. The pancreas responds to the sudden rise in blood sugar by releasing insulin, the hormone which causes excess carbohydrates to be stored as fat. Within the span of an hour or two, the result is a sharp blood sugar drop resulting in a state of hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). That’s when you think it’s time for another cup of coffee and the whole cycle starts up again.
Acid Imbalance
Over 208 acids in coffee can contribute to indigestion and a wide variety of health problems resulting from over-acidity associated with arthritic, rheumatic and skin irritations. Many people experience a burning sensation in their stomach after drinking coffee because coffee increases the secretion of acid in the stomach. Optimal health calls for an alkaline pH balance in the body.
Essential Mineral Depletion
Coffee inhibits the absorption of some nutrients and causes the urinary excretion of calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron and trace minerals, all essential elements necessary for good health. Women need to be concerned about osteoporosis as menopause sets in. Studies show that women who drink coffee have an increased incidence of osteoporosis compared to non-coffee drinkers. Men are not immune to osteoporosis either.
These are a number of health conditions for which doctors advise their patients to eliminate coffee and all caffeine from their diet.
Acid indigestion
Anxiety, irritability and nervousness
Candida or yeast problems
Colitis, diverticulitis, diarrhea and other irritable bowel symptoms
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and other auto-immune disorders
Diabetes or hypoglycemia (low blood sugar)
Dizziness, Meniere’s syndrome or tinnitus (ringing in the ears)
Gout (Elevated Uric Acid levels)
Heart disease or heart palpitations
High blood pressure
High cholesterol
Insomnia and interrupted or poor quality sleep
Liver disease and gallbladder problems such as gallstones
Kidney or bladder problems including kidney stones
Migraines or other vascular headaches
Osteoporosis
Skin irritations, rashes and dryness
Ulcers, heartburn, and stomach problems such as hiatal hernias
Urinary tract irritation

Windows Vista Repair
Now that just about everyone knows how to use the XP Recovery Console Microsoft’s newest OS does not contain one. Not to worry we have a detailed article that will walk you through how to use these great new features in Vista.
The Purpose of this article is to teach you how to make vista repairs if you are having startup issues or you can’t seem to use the vista system restore option. There are two ways to use these options and they depend on if you have a Windows Vista install disk or if Vista was pre-installed on your OS you will have a ghost image on your hard drive.
If you have the windows vista repair disk: (This should be your backup copy of Vista if you made one)
PLEASE NOTE: This Vista install CD can be run from within Vista. Just insert the CD once Vista has loaded up and go to install, go > Install Now > Upgrade.
1. Boot up with the Vista install disc
2. You should see a screen that says “Windows is loading files”
3. After a few minutes you will get a language option. Select your language and hit next.
4. On the install screen select “Repair your computer”
5. Windows will find your copy of Vista on the machine
6. Select your copy of Vista and click next
7. You will now see the following options.
* Startup repair – This automatically fixes problems that are preventing Windows from starting
* System Restore – This will Restore Windows to an earlier point in time
* Windows Complete PC Restore – This will completely restore your entire PC – programs, system settings and files – from a back up that you have previously created (Available in Windows Vista Business, Enterprise and Ultimate editions only)
* Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool – This checks your computer’s memory hardware for errors
* Command Prompt
8. Assuming you are using this option because you were unable to boot to Windows Vista select the system Restore option and then select the date you would like to go back to. If your OS is fine you can always use the startup repair option.
Pre-Installed and OEM versions: (please check with your manufacturer fist. They may have replaced these tools with their own.
1. Turn your computer on and start pressing the F8 key. If you see the Windows Vista Logo you have gone too far and need to reboot and try again
2. You will get an advanced options screen. Select the “Repair your computer option” and hit enter.
3. Select your language and hit next.
4. Enter your user name and password and then next.
5. The recovery options should now appear.
6. In most cases just using the system restore to set your computer back will solve your issue. If this is not the case try the Startup repair option.
Car Heater Not Working – Blowing Cold Air!
There are several reasons why your car’s heater may be blowing cold air, instead of heat. It is important to understand how the heater works in your car before you can begin to try to diagnose why it is not working. First, there is NOT an electric heater element in the heater system in automobiles, like in portable heaters used in the home. The part that transfers heat into the passenger compartment is called a heater core. A heater core can be thought of as a miniature radiator. The car engine’s coolant flows through the heater core while the fan (also called a blower), blows air through the heater core fins. When air blows through the heater core fins, it is warmed, therefore warming the passenger compartment.
Start by checking the coolant. As we already said coolant is what warms the heater core. So if the coolant is low, there may not be a sufficient amount of warmth to transfer heat to the air in the passenger compartment. Since it ‘s cold outside, low coolant may not effect the operating temperature of the engine significantly, so you won’t be alerted to a coolant problem by the temperature gage on the instrument panel. Once the coolant is full, feel the heater hoses that go through the firewall. With the engine at normal operating temperature, BOTH of the heater hoses should be hot to the touch. If only one is hot, this indicates there is is a blockage in the heater core or there is air trapped in the heater core. Using a Lisle coolant funnel is helpful in purging the air from the cooling system. If the coolant is really brown, has been neglected, or if “stop leak” has been used at some point, the heater core could be stopped up. The blockage can sometimes be unstopped by removing the heater hoses and using a garden hose with a sprayer to flush the heater core out. If neither of the hoses are hot to the touch, there could also be a malfunctioning heater control valve, if used on the model you’re working on. Check for presence of a heater control valve by following the heater hoses back to the engine. Sometimes, a vacuum line could have a break causing there to be no vacuum to operate the valve. Also it should be noted that if this is your first winter with this car (and you’re unfamiliar with the car’s repair history), the previous owner could have by-passed the heater core because of a leak. When a heater core leaks, usually they wet the passenger side floorboard. The labor cost to change heater cores is usually expensive, so sometimes people will loop the heater hoses and by-pass a leaking heater core instead of repairing it properly.
Next check for proper airflow. After you’re sure the heater core is getting hot water flow, read the following information. Doors within the heater case are either controlled by electric actuators, cables or vacuum motors. Adjust the heat control to both extremes while listening for movement of the blend door. With a cable operated heater door it’s easiest to hear the door thump when it closes. If the door is not operating, find the door that controls the airflow across the heater core. If there is an electric motor that controls the door, tapping on it can sometimes make it work temporarily for testing purposes. A vacuum operated motor needs vacuum to work, so using a handheld vacuum pump for testing is usually recommended. If the vacuum motor does not hold vacuum, the diaphragm is leaking requiring replacement. To go deeper into diagnoses of the control head’s function and diagnosis, specific vehicle repair manual information is needed. But hopefully the basics laid out in this article has helped to get you started on the right track.
Memory Tactics
How many times have you walked into a room and seen familiar faces but cannot put a name to each person there? I think almost everyone I know is in the same boat with this one. I heard a story about a real disaster on a huge sale because the salesperson could not remember someone’s name. The salesperson was sitting having lunch with a client and they were discussing an order for product. As the lunch finished and the client had left, another client saw the salesperson at the table. He walked over to the salesman and said that he needed to have his usual order a month ahead of schedule and if could he look after it immediately. The salesman said no problem and was too embarrassed to ask for the client’s name. After the second client left, the salesman scrambled around the restaurant trying to find out the name of the client.
No one knew who it was. He finally ran out of the restaurant to see the client driving away. He managed to get close enough to the car to write down the license number. Unfortunately the car belonged to someone else. And so the story goes, it took him a great deal of time and effort to track down the client’s name. All he had to do was ask for his card so he could write down the order. Or even better yet ask for his name.
If you have trouble with names, but not faces, then you should practice using their name several times when talking to that person. The more often you use the name the easier it will be to remember.
What Causes Physical Memory Dump?
I am sure you freak out when you computer screen suddenly turns blue and you see the error message that says “beginning of physical memory dump”.
What do you do? Most people would just reboot the computer and pretend nothing happens. Some people want to know what happened and what they should do to fix it. It can be very daunting and stressful when you get the blue screen of death while doing important work. You would not have time to save it because it happens suddenly without any warnings. You must do the work all over again after rebooting.
What actually cause the physical memory dump?
DLL error
RAM Hardware Problems
Memory allocation error
COM error
HIVE crash
What should you do when it happens?
If it occurs because of your memory problem, then you should consider buying a new computer.
The ignorant way is doing a reboot and hoping that it does not happen again. The hard way is to address what caused the error and fix it manually. If it occurs because of your chaotic registry, you could find and fix it, which is very dangerous because one simple mistake can lead to a total error in your system. Reinstall your operation system might be a wiser decision to make.
The easy way is to pay a computer technician hundred of dollars to fix it for you. But in fact you could do what the technician would do to fix your computer; the wise way is to be a computer technician yourself. Did I said that you could actually do what a computer technician would do to fix your computer? Yes, it is very simple really. A technician uses a simple software to fix your registry.
If you could be the technician yourself and pay less to get the software that you can use forever, why should you pay a technician hundreds of dollars to fix it only one time for you?
You will want to do regular maintenance to keep your PC error-free so that this problem never re-occurs again.
